No pets are allowed on the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day in Brigantine.

During lifeguarding hours (10:30am-5:30pm), surfing is permitted at the 12th Street North beaches, 9th street south beaches (Kirby's), The Jetty and Sandy Lane.  Fishing is permitted north of the 14th Street North beaches, from 45th-47th street south on the beach, south of the Jetty and by the Brigantine Bridge.
